I Just got back from the Pohopoco Creek. Today the fishing was great!
I was busy all morning catching fish, mostly Browns with some Rainbows mixed
The State must have put them in. these fish were on Sulphers and Caddis.
When the fish would slow down on the Dry Fly I would switch to a light hares ear or
Pheasant tail nymph. No bead as the fish would be up high in the water near the surface.
All of these flies were size 16.
To me this just proves that fishing on or around the new Moon is key.
